Everyone asks about parking, so here’s the answer:

There are several options:

  • 1212 Germantown has 17 on property parking spaces.
  • There is also street parking all around us. It’s a beautiful neighborhood, a short stroll would do your soul some good!
  • There are 2 large public lots: 1 lot away at 1220 6th Avenue on the opposite side of The Germantown Inn (we can reserve this for your use exclusively) and the other 1/2 block away at 5th and Madison
  • We can also connect you to one of our partners that offers valet to a nearby lot.

Seriously, it really is not that big of a deal most days year round.  Believe it or not, Sunday mornings are the time parking nearby is dicey because of the church services nearby and the crowd that loves to head to Monell’s after service.  That works out perfectly for our clients the vast majority of the time.

  • HMDI or Google Chromecast. We are techies, so are happy to help!

  • Free high bandwidth WIFI
  • Owl Zoom Camera with surround mics
  • Anker Meeting speaker with surround mics
  • Seventeen (17) onsite parking spaces as available for our guests on property
  • Cleaning (you tidy and we clean)

The use of the furniture is included in your room reservation. This excludes except the slipper chairs.

Feel free to rent your own furniture to create your own look. We have several partners that can get you the look and feel you want for your event. Just ask!

Setup, take down and cleaning fees vary given the reservation and type of event.

Payment for your reservation is due in advance of your reservation dates. We require a credit card on file in lieu of a damage deposit.
